Tofu Bolognese

[ENG] 🙂 Hi there! 🌱 I haven't been here for a while. Unfortunately, the summer vacation and the tourist season in general are a time of intense work for me, which means a lack of time for posting... 🫛 But it's September, and while others are crying about going back to school/work, I have a bit more time 😉 🍅 What's good? Recently, in the store fridge I spotted a tofu bolognese sauce from Lunter. The package is small, meaning it's a serving for one. I won't lie, after not goodb tofu scramble from this company, I was rather skeptical. 🥕 And here's a pleasant surprise. The sauce is tasty and aromatic. You can taste the tomatoes, not the vinegar and tomato paste (though there aren't many tomatoes in the ingredients). Plus, there's a distinct flavor of spices. The tofu is rather a texture addition. 🌶️ I cooked the pasta, mixed it with the sauce, added nutritional yeast, and ate it with pleasure. Niestety wakacje i ogólnie sezon turystyczny to dla mnie czas wzmożonej pracy, co przekładało się na brak czasu na socjale... 🫛 Ale już wrzesień i gdy inni płaczą z powrotu do szkoły/pracy ja mam ciut więcej czasu 😉 🍅 Co dobrego? Ostatnio w lodówce sklepowej wypatrzyłem sos boloński z tofu od @lunter.pl Opakowanie niewielkie czyli porcja jednoosobowa. Nie będę ukrywał, po średnio udanej tofucznicy z tej firmy, byłem raczej sceptyczny. 🥕 A tu przyjemne zaskoczenie. Sos jest smaczny i aromatyczny. Czuć pomidory a nie ocet i koncentrat (choć w składzie ich mało). Do tego wyraźny smak przypraw. Tofu to raczej urozmaicenie struktury. 🌶️ Ugotowałem makaron, wymieszałem z sosem, dodałem płatków drożdżowych i zjadłem ze smakiem.
