[EN] 🌱 Marinated, fish-flavored tofu from Lunter. The name "Pink Fillet" suggests
the taste of salmon.
🥕 I just couldn't ignore it. Because if I miss any taste of meat, it's fish. The tofu is already marinated, so just open it, cut and fry or put it on the grill.
And it's good... Except it doesn't taste like salmon at all. While the seaweed and beetroot-based marinade itself has a fishy flavor, it completely disappears when fried or cooked 🤷🏻
🍅 I bought it on sale at #kaufland. It's worth buying to have marinated tofu in the fridge for a fast or lazy cooking. But as an alternative to fish, it is not good at all.

🥕 Nie mogłem przejść obok tego obojętnie. Bo jeśli jakiegoś smaku brakuje mi najbardziej, to właśnie ryby. Tofu jest już w marynacie, więc wystarczy otworzyć, pokroić i usmażyć lub położyć na grill.
I jest to smaczne... Tylko, że w ogóle nie przypomina łososia. O ile sama marynata na bazie wodorostów i buraka ma posmak ryby, to zupełnie znika on przy smażeniu. 🤷🏻
🍅 Kupiłem w promocji w #kaufland. Warto kupić, żeby mieć w lodówce marynowane tofu na czarną godzinę. Ale jak alternatywa dla ryby wypada słabo.
