This may have been the best tofu I have ever had and I wonder why are there no more sorts of tofu in German supermarkets, you need to go to special stores to get some but so far I haven't seen such so I only buying natural and smoked but nothing special as in Slovakia, marinated or with lime and chili or simply just selected delicacy type. I am awaiting the time when it comes also to Germany 🤤🤩
The marinade is very tasty, and the tofu is good quality.
Favorite (marinated) #tofu ! I add it to pastas, spreads or fry it for bacon like I did with this chickpea/red lentil dish. LOVE IT!
I ate it raw a bit and really liked it, I don't usually like tofu raw, but this was good. Then I put it in air dryer, but it dilated and did not taste good at all. Maybe it should have pan fryed it, idk. End result tasted really bad for me at least. But it is really cheap, so that is a huge bonus.
