These thin stackers are awesome! I usually use crackers for my cashew cheese but these were a great alternative. I like that they are made from healthy grains. They have a pleasant light taste. If anyone is looking to make homemade vegan cheeses, I would highly recommend Miyoko Schinner’s Artisan Vegan Cheese book. Overall these thin stackers make a great snack. I also tried them covered in vegan chocolate and hemp seeds.
