Had some trouble finding some vegan ice cream options in Canmore and finally found the Lovely Ice Cream cart tucked a short way from Main Street. On Thursday they had 3 options and I went for the raspberry crème. Literally crème, VERY light and airy. Wish it was a bit colder but the taste was very refreshing. From the stand they sell them in compostable to go cups with lids so if you don’t finish your cup you can always pop the lid back on. I would like to visit the shop to see what else they have. #veganicecream #govegan #veganuary #vegan4life
