Lentil Cottage Pie

Oooh this looks like a delicious and hearty cottage pie Kirstie! 😊

This was a perfect all rounder. 
I loved the sweet potato mash paired with a full flavoured rich & moist lentil and veg mix. A great balance.

Lentils in red wine sauce with mashed potato. Rich in fibre and protein. Ready in about 7 minutes in the microwave. I really like the sauce, which tastes very much like bolognese :)

This was actually quite nice. Good for a quick meal.  Just fling in the oven for 30 minutes. From Sainsbury’s.

As a major fan of lentils this was an incredible dish, while not as nutritious as I’d like, I can’t expect much more from a microwave-meal!
Really great taste and definitely will be purchased again!
