BeEtS! What a controversial vegetable. There are soooo many haters and I get it! I
had a beet when I was a kid and it tasted like pure dirt. There was also a weird canned beet that left an impression. With that said, there is a totally different beet world out there and it starts with Love Beets! No peeling, no stained hands, and no cans or dirt. I ❤️dirt but not in my beets! The beets from Love Beets are super easy, just cut the package and you are good to go! I find these at Kroger and Thrive Market. I became interested in beets due to their impact on hypertension but that’s not all. They really upgrade a salad or smoothie!
