Savoury Yeast Flakes (nutritional yeast)

I love this yeast! Super high in B12 which is great for vegans, plus the taste is amazing!

This nutritional yeast is super healthy. It is fortified with B vitamins including B12, and contains no artificial flavors or colours. It is gluten free. I used it as one of the flavors to a tofu scramble, but it says it can be also added to salads, soups, vegetables, pasta & popcorn. My only complaint is that the packaging is not recyclable, I will see if I can give the brand a poke about that.
