Thai Red Curry with Coconut and Mock Duk

If you love spice, this is for you. If not, you might want to move

on. The coconut is not overpowering and the mock duck has good texture. I personally love it.

Spicy, nice sauce and "duck" texture. makes a great main dish served over rice.

This was a cheap and cheerful Friday night lazy dinner! It had quite a kick

to it! Doesn't look very appetising I must say! But it was rather tasty! Find down the middle aisle in Aldi! I can't believe the "duck" wasn't really meat! 😳 tastes/feels almost toooo similar
