Honestly it looked like dog food, the way the little protein chunks looked and i imagine the texture would be similar too. Who knows. It lacked flavor imo, so i put some sweet Thai chili sauce from Trader Joe's in there and that really helped, If you get this, be prepared to add some sauce. Again this is just my opinion, i ended up eating the whole thing and it was good. I'm also really hungry. There was a slight coconut taste to it. Definitely not spicy at all. Non GMO. Vegan.

With a bit of a bite this was easy the best curry I tasted in a long time
The fake chicken in this was really nice, but I didn’t really like the taste.
I have bought this product quite a few times now, and also bought it for others to try because its fabulous. Besides the fact that it tastes pretty good, it is so convenient! Iike having a few packets in the cupboard for when I don't feel like cooking. I add a little Chilli to give it more zing, but it's a brilliant little meal.
