Buonissimi, sembrano proprio carne, sia come gusto che come aspetto. Unica pecca sono piccoli, in
un normalissimo panino per hamburger occupano nemmeno la metà del pane.

Pensavo fosse andato a male perché l'ho trovato acido,invece leggendo varie recensioni ho capito che
è proprio così! Ma perché?! Cioè in azienda l'avranno assaggiato, avranno sentito questa acidità e nonostante questo hanno deciso che potevano immetterlo sul mercato?!
Peccato perché il gusto non sarebbero neanche terribile se non fosse per il retrogusto.
In più,da crudo è un composto quasi sciolto,si appiccica alle mani ed è difficile tenerlo insieme. Cuocendo poi si solidifica.
Insomma, secondo me è da rivedere la ricetta.

ho provato oggi per la prima volta questi burger e mi hanno sorpresa! sono davvero
buoni, devono cuocere 10/15 minuti in padella a fiamma bassa ma ne vale la pena.
Li ho mangiati in un panino con salsa rosa e pomodori, molto buono!! Li riprenderò
