I received this pack for free to try. Not much to review on- it’s just

flaxseed. Cold milled flax seed. I might make a flax pudding with this! Very nutritious and you can add to basically anything, it’s very tasty on most foods too! Only thing is you have to use within 45 days of opening the pack, so smaller packs may be better to buy if you don’t use loads.

This product has been a totally life changing for me. Info: after the opening it

Wicked. These were a present that I asked for because flaxseed aren't something I'd usually

just pick up but want to experiment with. I added some to a smoothie for an extra health boost but also want to try baking something with a flax-egg, so many possibilities! 🍰 #veganuary
