I’m totally quackers about this! 🦆💚 A perfect treat meal. There’s not much hoisin sauce

provided but was I going to miss out on having more sauce? No ducking way! I bought a bottle of hoisin sauce to make sure my vegan duck pancakes were extra saucy! Linda McCartney does it again! 😋 🌱 #veganduck #abillionlove

These were amazing 😍 So realistic and delicious and a good amount of duck for

the pancakes. The kit includes 10 so would be a great starter or side dish for a few people with a stir fry. They aren't very healthy, although they never claimed to be, containing 14.1g of fat, 12.9g of sugar and 3.1g of salt per 5 pancakes, but it was totally worth it for an occasional treat.

Sorry about the photo which doesn't do this dish justice. The finely shredded 'meat' looks

and tastes like duck. It's a tiny bit salty but that is offset by the sweet hoisin sauce. Plenty of pancakes to go with it too. Super easy to make. My non vegan mother loved it #greyton

This hoisin ‘duck’ kit’s a bit of fun. And quite the treat. You get a

pack of shredded ‘duck’, a packet of hoisin sauce and a packet of mini wraps. And instructions. My only point of reference is a bill bailey song, so i don’t know if it’s a good representation. But it’s tasty, probably great at a party. it would pair with your rice/noodle dish or in a wrap or sandwich too.

Linda Mccartney’s my preferred Maccas of course, and truly an institution. For decades now they’ve been a staple at many veg-friendly barbecues, and their sausages have been part of brekkies in cafes, pubs and BnBs in many places. Admittedly i’ve not tried enough of their products, and i realise that some might have dairy, but on the whole, we love the McCartneys in this house. They also happen to have one of the cutest brand logos among the various vego brands around here.

Honestly I thought I liked it at first but then I ate more of the

meat and felt sorta nauseous. I’ve had it before with fake meats and the texture gets a bit too much and I can’t take another bite. However, the sauce is good, pancakes are kinda small. But if you can handle the meat then I think it’s nice, I just couldn’t stomach it.
