Hot Pot Condiment - Bak Kut Teh

I didn't realize this would be spicy! Or at least, there's more black pepper than I expected. I used it as a soup base for noodles and dumplings (which were also unfortunately black pepper flavored) #veganuary

My roommate bought this and we did hot pot together! Not bad, just a bit bland, I need to add chilli
