Prima volta nella vita che utilizzo il seitan, ho fatto gli straccetti di joysonfire... Uno spettacolo! Sono la cosa che più assomiglia all'arrosto che era il mio piatto preferito da onnivora che ho mangiato in 2 anni da vegana! Ne farò scorta sicuramente, ma non ho metri di paragone con altre marche!
