#organic #reusable Delicious organic seitan with a shoyu (soy sauce) marinade. Great texture, big pieces. Rich in protein. It's only labeled vegetarian (probably for marketing reasons), but it's obvious from the ingredient list that it does not contain any animal products. Price 5,99 €.
Sehr leckerer rauchiger und herzhafter Geschmack! Die Konsistenz ist wie meist auch etwas gummiartig, aber trotzdem bissfest. Sehr gut zum Weiterverarbeiten, schmeckt aber auch pur.
