I was so excited to find these gluten-free instant noodles. That excitement turned to disappointment really quickly! It’s just rice noodles with an oil, spice and vegetable pack. It doesn’t have much flavor, and the rice noodles was still hard after letting it stand for a few minutes. Definitely won’t buy this again.
