I like to use flaxseed powder for omega 3 sprinkled on my oats or in
smoothies, and also as an egg replacement in baking. It's become essential since I've been vegan! #veganisnotscary

The general use of flax flour/meal is to replace eggs in baking it definitely does
what its meant to and works well.
