Tried these out. The packaging doesn't state that it's spicy, but the ingredients include chili pepper and black pepper. The flavour is nice but a little too peppery - not that it's too spicy, just not neutral enough. Otherwise good quality and amount for cost! 25 meatballs per box, and we got it 2 for $15.
