This was quite nice. I just had it on its own but it would be
livened up with seeds and fruit. Its a good source of protein, calcium, B12 and live cultures which is an added bonus. I bought it from Lidl and it was pretty cheap too

I really like it, for my heart it has 5 full stars, but it has
added sugar and the upper part is not that convenient because once you open it you have to think well where to store it.
