Vegan Gnocchi With Tomato

I enjoyed these! They grew on me definitely. At first I wasn't sure but after a few bites I really enjoyed them. The tomato flavour is there but subtle. I boiled them and then pan fried them with vegan butter, garlic and mixed herbs. I did this as I wanted to really taste the gnocchi and not have them over powered by a sauce.
