Frozen Beetroot Falafels

How did you cook these @ftc 🤔? I brushed mine with a little oil and stuck them in my air fryer. They turned out hard and not tasty at all 😞

I pan fried them in non stick pan with some olive oil for about 6 min until outside was  crisp but inside still soft , I think it’s important not to overcook them

I often eat these at Lexi’s and love them 
They were easy to make and just as delicious .  These are great to have in the freezer when you need a quick easy meal

These falafels are great to add to a green salad to increase the protein content. 🥗 😋
