I used to hate how these taste but I really like this one now!
It’s about
200 calories and honestly for what it tastes like and what yi they out of it, it makes for a great snack or post workout treat!
It’s sort of a vanilla base and has sprinkles in it, sweet and moist, which I enjoy from a cookie. Definitely makes for a great snack and if you can take the protein flavour, this is a good option for you!
