Love this product! It enhances the tomato taste of my pasta dishes and add umami

This is purely made from tomatoes 🍅 it is good as a pasta sauce or
soup, but more flavors need to be added to make it tasty. By itself it's quite sour. I add herbs, nutritional yeast, and olive oil to give it a nice oomph. A bit of salt and sugar as well, sugar to neutralize the sourness, unless you have onions. #veganuary
