I made a delicious stir fry for dinner this week and I grabbed this from

my local Tesco. This is one of my favorite sauces for cooking. This sauce is thick, sweet and

mildly spicy. I’ve used it as a glaze for roasted vegetables like potatoes and sweet potatoes, in stir-fried mushroom or to make Kungpo dishes. It is an alternative to using soy sauce or oyster sauce.

Mi rendo conto che un prodotto che ha come primo ingrediente lo zucchero non è

il massimo ma questa salsa ha un gusto che mi piace molto e che aggiunge un tocco di “umami” in più ai miei piatti asiatici come stir-fries e Buddha bowls. Purtroppo la maggior parte dei prodotti di questo brand ha animali e derivati dentro quindi lo compro raramente e lo uso con parsimonia.

An essential in my household for flavouring our Asian dishes for dinner!! Always replenishing more
