Dark soy sauce

Filing this under an existing entry for #darksoysauce but I was honestly amused by the

label which read "selected dark soy sauce", as if they were talking about fruit or plants where they went around cherry-picking 😏

Anyhow, it did its job in my recipe, so I'm glad ☺️

Good deep dark concentrated colour and flavoursome.😋
I use this with noodles and to colour and flavour onion gravy.
