This is a really interesting product, in a good way! The flavor is very unique, but still cheesy. The texture is great- the cheese sauce really thickens up nicely. I haven’t had these gluten-free noodles before, but I was pleasantly surprised that they didn’t fall apart or break during cooking. Overall, very pleased. I added the peas!

Mac and cheese is one of my favorite foods and when I went vegan I was determined to find a good replacement. I've tried just about every vegan mac and cheese out there and this is my absolute favorite. I buy the "cheese" powder in bulk and put it on everything, broccoli, a little sprinkle on my spaghetti like parmesan, etc. This stuff is great! I totally recommend it if you're a mac and cheese addict like me!
