We love to have this at hand for an evening snack, to put some nice
spread on it. It has no exiting taste by it's own, but that's one of the things I like about it. You can enjoy savory spreads on it without having to worry about the amount you eat, since it is completley made of buckwheat with no added sugars or salt. All the fiber! It is very crunchy and light. Sure it could be cheaper, but if you use it wisely it is a great product!
