Dairy Free Parmesan Flavor Cheese

Wow, I was so surprised at how much this tasted like parmesan ~ it has a pretty strong flavour and is really tasty. Went perfectly with a black mushroom risotto that I made.
I also recently discovered that this is a local Cape Town company with great values 🇿🇦
I suppose the name made me assume it was imported 🤦

Very tasty. Quite strong on its own. Exceptionally nice with pasta and risotto. We had it with a tomato based pasta and it was delicious.
