A vegan cheese made with coconut milk. Is it just me or is that really
cool and unique? 🤔 There is a SLIGHT coconut taste but honestly, it's kinda nice hehe 🥥 It doesn't melt as well as other vegan cheeses I've had but it does melt okay. I had it on pizza and it only got soft, but it properly melts in a toasted cheesey 🧀 It's very well priced and is my current go to vegan cheese when I go to Spar!

I really like this on a toasted sandwich. A generous amount of cheese, add pickle
onions, tomato, spinach and chilli 🌶 and wait as the cheese starts to melt - just enough to mingle 🤤🌱. As vegan cheeses go this is not bad at all.
