Apple juice with ginger! This nice marriage is very interesting. We can taste both of the flavors and we loved it! It is produced by a farm in Normandy (Perche department) and we bought it at the Salon Gourmand at my family in law's town some months ago but we just opened the bottle. We love this event with lots of the local producers with all their lovely products! Go visit Bagnoles de l'Orne in Normandy, it is a lovely town!! And you have lots of medieval villages and ruins around to visit.
