È il primo lievito alimentare che ho acquistato e mi è piaciuto da subito, poi ne ho acquistati altri ma questo rimane tra i miei preferiti.. utilissimo per molte preparazioni
Il sapore non mi piace molto rispetto ad altri lieviti alimentari, nel complesso passabile considerando anche il prezzo basso.
Mi è piaciuto molto. Sapido e leggero. Ottimo sulla pasta o per gratinare verdure. Io a volte lo mangio con un po' di olio e pane.
