È la prima volta che acquisto un prodotto del genere quindi non saprei fare un

confronto ma l’ho trovato facile da usare

Fantastico in bustine già pesate pronte all’uso .. utilissime per sostituire le uova nei dolci!

Agar agar powder from seaweed (Gelidium). Inside there are 6 sachets of 2 g each

and are sufficient 2g /liter (for creaming jams) or 10 g/liter (for thicker jellies). I used it to make a mango jelly (1g /130ml), however I prefer the brand Biovegan to Probios, being the latter a vegetarian company.

Lo uso per fare il budino. Ottimo.
