Sooooo good 😍 Chocolate and rasberry are always a good mix !! If you don't know La Cuisine de Jean-Philippe (The Buddist chief in english), go at his website, there is plenty of recipe (all vegan) and he is so funny! He made also some ready to eat product that you can buy at the grocery like this log. It was a instant love story between me and this log and everyone in my family was agree that it was delicious.
Très bonne mais un peu déçu qu’elle ne soit pas enroulée comme une bûche traditionnelle. Le prix est incroyablement cher pour la quantité mais bon la plupart des bûches véganes sont dans cette fourchette de prix.
Highly recommend, the chocolate mouse is sooop smooth and it blends perfectly with the raspberry flavor
Really good vegan option. A bit pricey but worth it! Espicially that It as hard to find vegan cakes/log at the grocery store
