Some people don't like pickles and some people don't like beets, but if you like either one, you should try these. They have just the right amount of 'pickleness' and not too much sugar. They are great as a side dish and on salads, but I can even eat them as a snack. If I had an air fryer, I would try to make chips out of them. So if you are near Kroger, run there now.
