Apparently this is ginseng concentrate, in a syrupy form. Definitely bitter and cloying sweet I
suspect to mask the bitterness. I'm not sure if it really helps with my health. My mom makes me take this when I look tired. Usually I want to get a drink to rinse the taste away.
