Raspberry Cookies

These are so yummy! 5 stars for taste! My new go to accidentally vegan snack! #aussiefarms

I blame a friend for getting me onto these - they are so good!  I’d seen and known they were vegan but never thought to try as they didn’t appeal much but they are delicious!  The jam is nice and the biscuit melts in your mouth.

Rich crumbly golden shortbread-esque cookies with raspberry jam in between. Good pairing with black coffee ☕😁 #cookie #cookies

Downsides: packaging is all plastic. Has a bunch of preservatives. And definitely not healthy...
