Lotus Seed Pau

These Lotus Bao reminds me of childhood times.

Hot and soft, sweet and yummy. It

is a very affordable snack found easily at coffee shops.

Economically, it is cheaper to buy a pack of 6s from the supermarkets and steam them at home.

The ingredients are simple and good.

Just that I wish food colouring comes from natural source like fruits and vegetables instead of artificial colours which is seen on the packaging as E124 & E110.

Nevertheless, it makes a nice afternoon snack for everyone at home ❤️
