Wow. I honestly think I could have eaten the whole tub in one sitting. This
new-ish (or maybe just new to me?) offering from Kite Hill is everything I’ve been looking for in a yogurt: creamy, unsweetened but delicious, and not cashew-based.
I loved that the vanilla was subtle and natural-tasting, yet the flavor and aroma came through in every bite, independent of the yogurt’s sweetness. They use vanilla bean, and I could barely contain my excitement when I saw the little speckles (second image!) The consistency and tartness is similar to other Kite Hill original yogurts.
I don’t think I’ve ever inhaled a breakfast parfait so quickly, and I’m seriously contemplating sprinting into Grocery Outlet as soon as they open to buy out their remaining stock.
