Very high protein soy yoghurt. It's fine. Nothing special. Think I prefer the Vitasoy range. But if you are after one with more protein, this is the one

I've been trying to find a nice tasting vanilla yoghurt since I've stopped eating greek yoghurt and stuff. This has been the best tasting one out of the other two I have tried so far (Vitasoy and Coyo). I can't really speak on the nutrition stuff - I was just looking for something that tasted nice honestly. There is added stuff like vitamin B12 and D, though. At first it tasted kinda weird, like there was some sort of strong sour after taste, but I came back to it later and the rest was nice.
Ooh you can definitely taste the high #protein content in this #yoghurt, it's got that signature aftertaste 😏 But credit to them where credit is due, they somehow managed to mask it all up with the #vanilla, which provided this a nice creamy layer of flavour which my #sweettooth could find acceptable 😅 I only ever do one thing with yoghurt, and it involves the bowl of cut fruit that I sometimes have in lieu of dinner. Every so often I prefer my dinner to be sweet 😛 #ditchdairy 💪
A soy-based yoghurt - yay! Compared to Kingland's plain soy yoghurt, this vanilla one is sweeter and does NOT taste (as much) like tofu. This also has extra protein, vitamins, and calcium, and is lower in fat compared to coconut yoghurts - handy. Does however contain added sugar, preservatives, and a lengthy ingredients list. #soyyogurt #vanilla 🥛
