When I discovered the vegan items in Seoul Plaza Selly Oak, I got very excited 😜 I wanted to buy everything I saw but freezer space is sadly too limited. These kimchi gyoza were very tasty. They cooked up nicely on the stove, not falling apart like some gyoza have. Very mild but delicious kimchi filling. I can’t remember the exact price but it was very reasonable. Die Packung enthält eine sehr große Portion Gyozas, welche schnell zubereitet sind. Das Kimchi schmeckt man leicht heraus und die Gyozas haben eine scharfe Note. Sehr lecker!
More #frozen #lazyvegan food, seems like it's all I ever do 😊 These #kimchi #dumplings aka #gyoza are #spicy as promised 🌶️, and precooked so that prepping them for serving is simple. In fact, they give you five options (if you can be bothered to wade through the atrociously fine print on the obverse 🙄 - fourth picture) Careful though, not all options are equal. I chose to steam, and I found that the bits where the two layers of skin joined together were too firm/dry even as other parts threatened to rip apart 😬 From experience with a previous flavour, it's much better to deep-fry them. In fact, it's much better to deep-fry anything 😁 I was just too lazy on this given evening. I just needed something quick to go with my meal prep fried rice 😏 Third picture shows the glorious insides.
