Buona salsa di soia, non ne consumo molta, la uso principalmente per insaporire il tofu, il tempeh e il seitan prima di cucinarli. Mi sono trovata bene, è un po’ salata, ma basta non aggiungere altro sale durante la cottura… #salsadisoia #glutenfree #condimento
