This penne pasta is entirely chickpea flour so it's high in protein and fibre, and

gluten-free $4.60 from Coles. The sauce is from Mya's Veganuary recipe "fettuccine Alfredo" but I used penne not fettuccine. #pasta #glutenfree

Such a good consistency and texture of this pasta! Definitely making it again.
