Unfortunately the texture is strange, not at all melt in your mouth. The outer is actually hard and the inner crumbly but not in a satisfying biscuit way. There is a buttery taste but nothing comes together in this biscuit. Will not buy again.
These didn't last long - because they were so delicious that I couldn't stop eating them. A yummy crunchy vegan butter cookies with glace/candied cherries. They have the perfect amount of sweetness and are all baked to a lovely golden colour. Packaging is plastic though.
