I prefer the smoked one, but the classic one is better for serving it like
scramble. In my country, we call it tofleta=tofu+omlet😁

Another kitchen essential!
Well, what can you say about tofu... Does its job :D Healthy and
so variable. I buy this all the time, mostly use it for tofu scramble or other fancy things like "chicken" (see last photo).
