Please disregard my super lame food pics but I’ve tried a few varieties of the kaleidoscope vegan/GF cookies and these are my favorite to date. They are pretty sweet so probably not high up on the ‘nutritional value’ scale but really delicious. A bit dense and crumby but the coconut flavor more than makes up for any texture challenges.
