Formaggio

Terribile, sembra di mangiare plastica. L’unico sapore che ha, è quello del sale. Acquistato all‘Aldi in Svizzera.

Mhmh non mi convince. Ha un sapore deciso che ricorda vagamente il pecorino e non riesco a capire se questa cosa mi piaccia o mi infastidisca. La consistenza è molto fedele ai formaggi vaccini tuttavia un po' gommosa per i miei gusti. #justveg #aldi

After smelling it I have immediately felt the coconut oil and thus the sweety taste that I hate in the vegan cheese, but after tasting it, I had to change my mind. Even alone is not "sickening" but in a salad it does its job. I thought it was similar to Feta and somehow could even be, but it also reminded me an Italian cheese called Cacioricotta.

This cheese is really compact and firm. Good for a salad I’d say. Also it reminds me of some kind of “goat cheese”.

Formaggio vegano buonissimo, solido e davvero molto simile alla consistenza e gusto della feta. Adatto agli intolleranti al glutine, senza soia
