Wow. What a treat this was. You salt it before cooking and leave it for
30 minutes outside the fridge. Then I pan fried it for a few mins. Had it with Kale, mustard and roasted potatoes . A winner

At my house this product gets a huge thumbs up! The flavor and texture are
great. And so easy to prepare. Almost scarily like an animal product, so I understand why some vegans don’t buy. But if we are going to bring new people into the vegan community it’s really great to have products like this that fill a place in our plates where cruelty-laden steaks used to sit.
