If you love making hummus like I do, then you’ve probably already tried this brand of Tahini. Here is the recipe for hummus I have memorized: 2 cups cooked chickpeas, 1/4 cup tahini, juice of 1-2 lemons. Make sure to stir the tahini, it settles out.
