I choose to steam them. Unfortunately I only purchased one package so I couldn’t try the pan fry method. They turned out ok but I definitely think pan fry would’ve been better. I wasn’t impressed by the sauce that came with it. I would try it again.

I’ve never had Nepalese momos nor had seen them in stores before so I was very excited to try this vegetable option. These little round bite-size dumplings were so cute! The bag was supposed to contain 10 but I got a bonus one. 😊. The filling was tasty. The tomato-based sauce was also tasty but not as seasoned as I had imagined (without a good knowledge of Nepalese food). I’m very happy I tried these and will add these to my list of items to explore making!
